A GREAT PLACE TO GROW UP AS KIDS.

"I was the youngest of four that grew up here in Cedarcroft. Some of my brothers’ and my fondest memories of Cedarcroft actually occurred when my parents weren’t home. My parents would leave to go out for the evening by about 7:30-8:00 pm amd we would have hundreds of kids at the house, drinking beer and partying. We would have everybody out of the house by 12:00 and the only thing that my parents would be suspicious about was that the house would be cleaner than it was when they left."

    CEDARCROFT SUCH A SPECIAL PLACE.

"What makes Cedarcroft such a special place to live are the families that have left their footprint on the community over these many years."

Our history

On June 18, 1911, there appeared in the Baltimore Sun a story regarding a new subdivision north of Govanstowne and outside of the city limits of Baltimore. Entitled Beauty at Cedarcroft, the piece was part of a larger report covering a building boom then in progress in and around the city.
